The Lander

The Lander is the plan we return to because it solves real problems. It gives families the space they need, investors the income potential they want, and municipalities the density-friendly solution they increasingly require.

The main residence is a well-proportioned two-story home with a primary suite, two additional bedrooms, a full bath, and an open kitchen and living space that flows naturally from the covered porch entry. The three-car garage adds practical storage capacity that most plans overlook.

The ADU unit shares the structure but maintains a fully independent living environment with its own entrance, two bedrooms, kitchen, living area, and bathroom. It is designed for privacy on both sides.
