SJI Homes LLC was founded with a clear purpose: to improve lives by delivering homes that people are proud to live in. That means going beyond square footage and finishes. It means building relationships, being transparent throughout the process, and standing behind every project we deliver.

We bring together two distinct areas of expertise that rarely exist under the same roof. Our team combines over 12 years of hands-on experience in the Colorado Springs real estate market with a general contracting operation that has been building in Colorado for more than 25 years.

That dual perspective changes everything. We understand both what makes a home sell and what makes it last. Those goals are not always the same, but at SJI Homes, they are inseparable.

Our general contracting team's 25 years of field experience spans everything from framing and structural work to finish carpentry, mechanical systems, and energy efficiency. We know where corners get cut in residential construction, and we refuse to cut them.

That combination of real estate knowledge and construction depth gives SJI Homes a perspective that very few builders can offer: we build homes that we would put our own names on, because in many cases, we already have.

Our Schedule

Monday – Saturday

We are available Monday through Saturday to answer calls, respond to emails, and meet with clients or walk job sites.

Closed Sundays — Always.

Sunday is a day we reserve for family and worship. Our team will not work, our trades will not be on-site, and we will not respond to business inquiries. We hold this firmly and without apology. We believe good business respects the things that matter more.
